All I want nowadays is a world made of softness. The world looks to be upside-down at the moment, so it seems normal to wish for some calmness around.
When I got into photography, I experimented the different techniques I could use to make it more artistic and painterly. I played a lot with paintography using brushes, filters and textures. Years passed by and I started creating stories. I dived into the world of composites as a way to express the mystery and behaviour of the human kind. Recently, however I have learned that I could achieve painterly and mysterious photographs using soft movements with the camera. I then discovered about the Pictorialism movement; where artists transitioned from the photography medium into an art form. What a nice read and it’s been around for years and years! It’s a completely new world where tonality and composition have more values than the focused and accurate photograph.
I now find myself in a world of artistic discoveries! I’ve discovered freedom even further and how fun is to create stories through some camera movements and blurs.
Here she steps in, no sound, no voice. She is delicate, not so much visible but elegant. Her entity is made of softness. She is a breeze that comes and goes. However if there is room enough, she descends on you through a peaceful deep breath and turns into your muse.
