I would never imagine I would spend practically all day teaching maths to my daughter. However while she was continually adding improper fractions, hole numbers, and more, my fingers where choosing filter options and acting like brushes. Digital art ideas were born. I ended up creating something different from what I normally do; a flower in-between lines.
It wasn’t long ago that I moved from PhotoShop to Affinity. Main reason being was the ability to work with the same program in my iPad while travelling. PS didn’t give that option at that time. Therefore I am still in a learning curve using the software. As a result I have to play a lot. I can’t be scared of touching new buttons and using new functions.
It has been fun, therapeutic and above all a discovering exercise. A door to a new adventure!
